Ms. Alexis - On Site Provider
Ms. Alexis brings nearly 12 years in early childhood education, guiding infants through preschoolers and leading teams of caregivers.
Her background includes classroom teaching, program management, and daily hands-on care, which means TooManyKidzs is organized with families in mind.
She holds a Child Development Associate credential, maintains CPR and First Aid certification, and keeps our New York State license requirements at the center of every decision.
She greets parents at the door, checks in with staff, and spends real time with the children. Her philosophy is simple, safe, predictable days help children feel brave enough to explore.
Ms. Dakota - Toddler Lead Teacher
Our lead teacher brings nearly two years of early childhood experience, supporting children from infants up to ten years old across classroom settings.
Her background spans both center-based and home-based daycare environments, which means our toddler room is built around nurturing, hands-on growth.
She completes all required state childcare trainings, maintains CPR and First Aid certification, and keeps positive, age-appropriate guidance at the center of every lesson.
As Lead Teacher, she welcomes toddlers each morning, connects closely with parents, and guides daily play. Her philosophy is simple: warm, predictable routines help children feel confident enough to learn.
Mrs. Olga — Infant Teacher
Mrs. Olga has worked in childcare for many years and brings a calm, steady presence to the infant classroom.
She is caring, patient, respectful, and hardworking, and comes to work each day with the intention of making a positive difference in the lives of the children she looks after.
Her focus is on creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where infants can explore, learn, and grow through loving interactions, sensory play, music, movement, and age-appropriate experiences.
Mrs. Olga believes that every child deserves to feel genuinely welcome, and she takes the time to build that sense of belonging from a child's very first day.
Ms. Twaina – Lead Infant Teacher
Ms. Twaina brings over 15 years of experience in childcare, with a particular focus on the infant classroom where she leads day to day.
Her approach centers on building strong relationships with both children and their families through open communication, kindness, and trust, and she works to make every day a happy, safe, and positive experience for the infants in her care.
She is respectful, honest, and hardworking, and finds real joy in putting smiles on children's faces.
Ms. T, as the children know her, believes that consistency and warmth are what allow the youngest learners to feel secure enough to explore the world around them.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a warm, nurturing, home-based environment where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers feel safe, loved, supported, and excited to learn.
With more than 20 years of combined early childhood experience, our team creates thoughtful daily routines and age-appropriate learning experiences that support each child’s individual needs and development. We balance the comfort and personal attention of a home setting with the structure, enrichment, and quality families expect from a childcare center.
At TooManyKidzs, children are encouraged to play, explore, learn, and grow at their own pace while building confidence, independence, and meaningful relationships.
The warmth of home. The quality of a center. A place to grow.
Family-Centered, Inclusive Care
TooManyKidzs was built on a simple belief: every child deserves to feel safe, seen, supported, and celebrated. As a family-owned, Black-owned, and woman-owned childcare program, we value representation and proudly welcome families from all cultures and backgrounds.
Our small, family-style setting allows children to form meaningful friendships and strong, trusting relationships with their caregivers. We take the time to learn each child’s personality, routines, and individual needs while maintaining open communication and strong partnerships with parents.
The result is a nurturing childcare experience that offers the comfort and personal attention of home with the experience, structure, and quality families expect from professional early childhood care.
Our Values and Our Mission
Our Promise to Families
At TooManyKidzs, we understand that choosing childcare means trusting someone with what matters most. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and dependable environment where every child is known, cared for, and encouraged to grow.
Our small-group setting allows our caregivers to build meaningful relationships with each child, recognize their individual needs, and provide personalized attention throughout the day. Through age-appropriate learning, play, exploration, and consistent routines, we support children at every stage of their development.
We also believe strong relationships with parents are an essential part of quality childcare. Through daily updates and open communication, we keep families connected and informed.
Our goal is simple: for children to feel happy and at home—and for parents to leave each day feeling confident that their child is safe, loved, and well cared for.
